When it comes to Twitter clients, consumers have a lot of choice. But what management systems are preferred by top brands?
According to Pingdom, HootSuite rules the roost; of the 96 brands with a Twitter account indexed in Interbrand’s top 100 global brands list, 20 used HootSuite, including H&M, Tifffany & Co. and IBM, in the survey period.
Sixteen, including Yahoo, Louis Vuitton and Sony, used TweetDeck. BlackBerry, Coca-Cola and Ford were among the nine who used SocialEngage, and Oracle, American Express and Ikea were three of the four who used Vitrue.
