Photos of iPhone 5 Motherboard Allegedly Leaked

A photo of what is allegedly the logic board for the upcoming next-generation iPhone has cropped up on a Chinese iPhone forum. The board is said to show more antenna connections than the one in the iPhone 4S, suggesting that, if it is genuine, the next iPhone may have <a href="
“>LTE connectivity.

A user of the site WeiPhone posted the photo on Sunday, and it was first reported by 9to5 Mac. The board lacks the usual labeling, the site says, suggesting it’s a prototype unit. It also does not contain the processor, so nothing new can be discerned about that.

9to5 Mac got the iPhone repair specialists of iDeviceGuys to chime in on the discovery, and they made some observations:
